oktk is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. By accessing this website or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions in full. These terms form a legal agreement between oktk and you.

If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately. oktk staff will never ask for your password or OTP.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal or when depositing above a certain amount, oktk may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before the bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; before withdrawal, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed on an eligible account and within the specified time limit.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or device claim a bonus, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• oktk may carry out a verification process before or after a bonus is issued.
• A separate minimum deposit and wagering requirement applies for each promotion.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Game and Betting Rules

All games available at oktk — slots, live casino, fishing games, sports betting — are operated using software from recognised third-party game providers. Game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer.

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• If a round is left incomplete due to a network disconnection, the result will be determined according to the game's server logs.
• If a technical error is detected in a game, oktk reserves the right to cancel all bets for that round and refund the deposited amount.

Sports Betting

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In multi-bets, if even one selection is incorrect, the entire bet is lost.
• If the value of a bet is affected by odds changes, the applicable rules will be followed.

User Conduct

Users must observe expected conduct while using oktk's services. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Claiming bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Attempting unauthorised modifications to the software or hacking.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting the system through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other users to influence game results.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Abusive behaviour towards staff in live chat or support channels.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, oktk may close the account without notice and forfeit all deposits and bonuses.

• Account details are compromised due to user negligence.

The user is solely responsible for any financial loss resulting from use of the platform, unless a direct technical fault on the part of oktk is proven.
